Who this is not for

  • Investors looking for a passport: citizenship by investment was abolished in March 2022.
  • Non-EU buyers who want land in their own name: the Constitution does not allow it; buildings and apartments are a different matter.
  • Anyone expecting a bank account without KYC: each bank applies its own checks.

What can you check before you write to us?

What we do

  • Every number on a page carries its check date and a link to the law or the authority that published it. Editorial policy
  • Our price is shown before you write, and government fees are listed apart from it. Pricing
  • Your form details are used to answer your request and for nothing else. Privacy Policy
  • Each page says which step is ours, which is yours and which belongs to the authority. How we work

What we do not do

  • We do not promise a decision: the Registry Agency, the National Revenue Agency and the Migration Directorate decide.
  • We do not fold government or notary fees into our price.
  • We do not sell citizenship by investment: Bulgaria abolished it in 2022.
  • We do not represent anyone in court; that is reserved to licensed advocates.

Which questions come up most often?

Can you guarantee the outcome?

No. The Registry Agency, the National Revenue Agency and the Migration Directorate decide. We answer for a complete, correctly filed application and for keeping to our quoted timeline.

Are you a law firm?

No. We prepare and file documents ourselves. Court representation and notarial acts are reserved to licensed professionals, and each page says where that line runs.

Can I still get Bulgarian citizenship by investment?

No. Parliament repealed the investor citizenship route in March 2022. Residence by investment remains and leads to permanent residence; citizenship then follows the ordinary naturalisation rules.

Are government fees in your price?

No. Government and notary fees are paid separately at cost and are listed with their source on each page.

How fast is a Bulgarian company registered?

Electronic filing with the Commercial Register typically takes up to 3 days once the documents are ready; preparing the file takes longer.

Are prices in euro or in levs?

In euro. Bulgaria adopted the euro on 1 January 2026. Where a law still states an amount in levs, we show it with the euro equivalent at 1.95583.

Is your case different?

Describe it in two lines; we reply with a quote or tell you it is outside what we do.

  2. You receive the document list for your situation, with what needs an apostille or a certified translation marked.
  3. Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
